From pre-treatment preparation through post-treatment outcomes, the Affirm dramatically improves all aspects of the anti-aging application by combining Cynosure's exclusive CAP, MultiPlex and XPL technologies. Multiplex technology employs micro-pulses of light that stimulates and remodels the skins own natural collagen production, allowing us to achieve optimal results. Affirms newest feature, the 1320 MultiPlex technology, targets deep layers of collagen structures through coagulation resulting in skin tightening.

Part of the Affirm with Multiplex technology is the non-laser pulsed light PhotoFacial Treatment. Treatments can include the full face, neck and or chest. Reducing redness, pigment problems and sun damage to delicate skin. New collagen growth is stimulated to improve the skins texture, increase smoothness and reduce pore size. In the body, hyaluronic acid fills the space between collagen and elastin fibers of the skin. As the body ages the ability of the body’s cells to manufacture its own hyaluronic acid is diminished, resulting in the loss of skin volume and producing folds and wrinkles. The cosmetic industry offers a wide variety of dermal fillers to satisfy the needs of all our patients. Dr. Seraderian is certified in the use of all the fillers we offer at the ALME Center.

Restylane has been available in Europe for several years and has had wonderful results in lip augmentation and enhancement. Made from hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring non-protein structural component of our skin, it helps to form a three-dimensional “fabric” of our skin and other tissues. It is a safe natural filler used to restore tissue volume.

Another hyaluronic acid based filler which helps you restore lost volume and fullness to the skin. Perlane is composed of larger gel particles and is injected deeper which helps to return volume to the skin for structural support and lift.

A smooth consistency gel which comes in two types:
Juvederm Ultra- for contouring and volumizing average depth depressions/wrinkles such as nasolabial folds(parenthesis), forehead wrinkles, glabellar lines, mild to moderate nasal and cheek furrows and to plump up thin lips.
Juvederm Ultra Plus- where deeper correction is needed; used for volume filling of cheeks, lips and deep nasolabial folds.

Radiesse both fills and volumizes to provide long lasting and immediate wrinkle correction. Radiesse consists of calcium hydroxylapatite which has been used for many years in clinical applications. These tiny “microspheres” form a scaffold that stimulates the natural growth of the patients own collagen. Results are immediate and studies have shown that Radiesse continues working for up to one year.

Botox Cosmetic is the dependable and popular method of treating frown lines, smile lines, crow’s feet and other dynamic wrinkles. By injecting tiny quantities of this biological medicine into specific muscles that cause these wrinkles, it reduces the muscular action of these small facial muscles so the area is relaxed and the wrinkles are softened. Botox is not a permanent treatment, but it is long lasting. Your first treatment will usually last about four months with repeat treatment results last longer. Treatments are safe and effective.
